Victoria McGuire is a real estate investor based in St Petersburg, Florida. She and her husband, Marv, started building their real estate portfolio in the early 2000s before pivoting to larger investments and founding Heartsill Capital Partners. Now they partner with well-established operators on larger multifamily deals to help everyday people accelerate their financial freedom and generate legacy-building wealth. Victoria and her husband specifically target investments in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Texas.

Victoria has been a residential real estate agent since 2005 and not only specializes in helping her clients find their dream homes but also on how to invest in real estate to multiply their financial legacy. She is an expert in her field and has been frequently featured on local television and radio shows serving the greater Tampa Bay region. She is passionate about educating new passive investors and hosts a Youtube Channel, Living in Tampa, where her clients can learn all about the Tampa area. Aside from real estate, Victoria is an avid marathon runner and proud mother of four. She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia. Marv McGuire

Marv McGuire is a real estate investor based in St. Petersburg, Florida. Before founding Heartsill Capital Partners with his wife of 30 years, Victoria, Mr. McGuire worked as a Sales Executive for several Information Technology (IT) services firms focused on the Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal government. During this time, Marv led several large-scale efforts to design, build, manage and employ industry-leading sales techniques to drive growth, but more importantly, he learned to truly appreciate the incredible importance of genuine and authentic relationships. Marv loves connecting with and helping people. Prior to his decade in corporate sales, Marv served 25 years in the United States Navy. He holds Masters Degrees in Financial Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a B.S. in Political Science, from the United States Naval Academy. Marv and Victoria founded Heartsill Capital Partners to help people multiply their financial freedom and build legacy-changing wealth by passively investing in high-value multifamily real estate opportunities. He prides himself on his ability to develop meaningful long-term relationships by helping others achieve their goals.

Marv and Victoria have four wonderful children and a weiner dog named Jack. As a Navy veteran and Texan, he enjoys supporting veteran initiatives; playing golf, and watching all sports, particularly Navy football and the Dallas Cowboys!

He studied Economics and Finance at California Polytechnic university of San Luis Obispo. John has owned and operated Car care facilities under Letters incorporated for the past twenty years which included car washes, retail fuel sales as well as vehicle maintenance centers. John has designed, financed, constructed, and managed six centers and managed over 135 employees. He has been in the real estate business for over six years and currently owns commercial office, single family residential, as well as his 240+ units of commercial multifamily. He is leveraging his experience in Real Estate, Finance and construction to assist investors in achieving incredible returns with a truly passive investment.

Jennifer Barner

Jennifer is a real estate syndicator and investment specialist with a real estate background in asset management, rehabbing blighted homes and managing rental properties. To date, she has rehabbed 43 properties. She is now the General Partner of over 900 and 1951 total multifamily doors in and across Arkansas, North Carolina, Georgia, and South Carolina. Jennifer started a podcast called “Mastering Money for Moms” where she interviews guests to discuss starting a business and raising a family.
